南韓(北韓日報)報導，因丈夫出軌，嚴姓女子獲得丈夫的電子郵件信箱賬號和密碼並偷看了郵件，被南韓首爾東部地方法院判處罰金30萬韓元(約台幣8萬4903元)。
報導說，嚴女懷疑丈夫出軌，便在2006年9月19號在位於首爾瑞草洞的家中獲取丈夫的電子郵箱賬號和密碼，並登錄，查看了丈夫的情人發送的郵件，之後，嚴女還在同年11月1號偷看了丈夫發給情人的郵件並列印出內容，將作為起訴丈夫的證據。
但報導沒說，她控告丈夫的結果如何。
